I have been here for almost five years! Each year things get better! Snow removal and ice protection is great! The lawn care in the summer was Great! I I improve my back yeard with mulch and plan on putting flowers back there this spring! My friends here are great! Its a good place for older adults!

The only real complaint if you will with this company is that we have to pay for refrigerator filters for a refrigerator that we rent in the apartment we rent. We have to pay for furnace filters that are also in the apartment that we rent and a lot of us have had rent increased every year we have lived here. Cost of living is going up and so is rent, how can we continue this. I do absolutely love living here in this apartment, it has become my home but please I am stretched with my income as well.

The Villas are a very comfortable place to live. The people are friendly. Repair service is done quickly. The major problem has to do with mail service. All boxes are in one location and it is a little bit of a walk go get to them. And I am sorry to say the clubhouse is usually open only one day a week, and not always then. I will admit if you can catch Julia on a Thursday you can reserve it. The problem is you have to know ahead of time when you want to use it.
