Miller-Valentine Group is excited to offer the convenience of paying your rent online, as well as a web-based maintenance request option. You can eliminate the hassle of mailing your rent or the worry of dropping it off at the leasing office.

Through our convenient payment portal, you will be able to make your rent payments via credit/debit card or an e-check from your checking or savings account. You can make a one-time payment or sign up to have your payments automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account each month. It's that easy! No more hassle and no more late payments.

Signing up for your Online Resident Services Profile is easy. Follow the prompts to create a secure account to pay your rent online:

You will need one of the following:

  • Valid email address
  • A current phone number that is registered with your Community Manager or a registration code that can be provided to you from your Community Manager

Within your Resident Services account you will also be able to submit a maintenance request online. It will be sent directly to the Management Team, making it even easier for you to communicate with your Leasing Office.

If the community that you live in is not on this list as of today, they will be shortly. Please keep your eyes open for a letter from your community manager.
