"I really love the apartment, the community is great. I cannot give 5 stars due to the internet connection and lack of freedom to choose from another company without paying for time warner.Our internet connection is spotty, we have called Time warner several times and even had a tech out who gave us a new modem, he essentially said that the system was damaged. Having a stable and fast internet connection is very important to my profession. We even got the upgraded service and it is still spotty."

"We have lived here a year & really like it. It is quiet. Yes you may hear a door slam or footsteps above from time to time but not to the annoying level. We have great neighbors! Most everyone is very friendly. We feel safe here. The office staff are friendly & attentive. The maintenance ROCKS!!! Never have to wait more than a day for any issue. The common areas are well taken care of. The only two issues: One is, not enough parking. In my opinion, this is due to some people taking up spaces with "extra" cars & other people using their garages for storage instead of their car. The other is residents NOT being responsible dog owners & cleaning up their dogs waste. Waterstone makes it sooooo simple too. They give you the bags & the can to put it in for FREE. There are always plenty of them. They can't fix lazy owners. These two issues are the only reason they don't get 5 stars."

"Really great apartment complex. The building is nice and easy to maneuver, the apartment itself is new, clean and homey. The staff is excellent in every way. The need for maintenance is rare, but they are incredibly fast with any request--usually within an hour or two. Really amazing. The shared amenities--the pool, pool table, shuffle board, workout room, office room, outdoor gas grills, and theater room--are all excellent. Couldn't be happier living here."

"I would give it 5 stars, but I think there needs to be a policy that owners with large dogs live on the first floor. The one above me is extremely loud and I hate that I've had to complain about it, but when you can hear him going crazy at midnight and you have to be up at 5 in the morning, it becomes a problem, especially when music and tv won't even mask the noise. Otherwise I've had a pretty good experience here so far and I really appreciate how the office has promptly responded to my issue and helped make things better. One other nitpicky thing is that I wish the fan in the bathroom was separate from the light switch, but that's not a big deal. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. Thank you!"
