"It's easy to get set up to live here and the apartments are very nice. Parking is a bit of an issue, especially if you work later than the normal 9-5. If you get home anytime past 7pm, good luck finding a parking spot near your apartment."

"The Office & Maintenance staff at Waterstone Landing are very cooperative, understanding, easy to work with and the nicest people that I have had the enjoyment to deal with. When there is a situation they are always ready to respond & take care of things as best as their ability. They go out of their way to make sure that your needs are taken care of. They are diligent and very responsive to needs/changes that are requested. When there is a problem in your Apartment Home they take care of it without any delays. "The staff at the WaterStone Landing facility off Roachton Road are very good. The maintenance people are very good at what they do. There is very little time between a request & them taking care of any situations. The office staff do care & make sure that you are taken care of for each thing that is needed. "All in all, enjoyed our rental experience with Waterstone Landing in Perrysburg. First floor, 2 bedroom apartment was very nice, and amenities (dog park, gym, pool, etc.) were a big sell. Minuses: Dog owners not performing their due diligence and cleaning up after their pets left the dog park on the verge of becoming cesspool at times; monthly water/sewer bills seemed a little steep; even though paying for a partital month of rent, locks to the apartment were changed prior to the lease ending."

"I would give it 5 stars, but I think there needs to be a policy that owners with large dogs live on the first floor. The one above me is extremely loud and I hate that I've had to complain about it, but when you can hear him going crazy at midnight and you have to be up at 5 in the morning, it becomes a problem, especially when music and tv won't even mask the noise. Otherwise I've had a pretty good experience here so far and I really appreciate how the office has promptly responded to my issue and helped make things better. One other nitpicky thing is that I wish the fan in the bathroom was separate from the light switch, but that's not a big deal. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. Thank you!"
