Also known as the village of Ada, this charming town is home to over 13,000 residents and 100 businesses.

The town was first established in 1821, and since then it has grown to be a quaint 37 square mile village. We believe it is a fantastic place to call home, and our residents at Stone Falls of Ada would agree!

Here are our 3 favorite, fun reasons we love Ada, Michigan:

The Beautiful Parklands

The riverside Grand River Nature Area is one of Ada's best natural features, with over 100 acres of stunning hiking trails, paved bicycle trails, woodlands, and grasslands. This is truly the perfect destination for wildlife watchers and those who are looking to connect with the outdoors! In the northeast part of town, the 400-acre Seidman Park is situated. This lush, wooded area features welcoming nature trails and fields and wetlands to explore. There are also many other parks in Ada, and miles of hiking trails that will impress any outdoor lover.

The Ada Farmers Market

This is the best local spot to shop for fresh food, with all produce brought straight from the farm to your kitchen. There are over 35 vendors selling their wares, from fresh fruits and veggies, to flowers which are all freshly cut to ensure the highest quality. Live musicians entertain the market visitors from 12-2pm each day. Listening to the music while browsing all of the amazing fresh products is something really special! Even the kids will enjoy going to the market, as they can partake in face painting, origami folding, a vegetable hunt, and even 'bee studies'. The market is located at The Community Church parking lot at 7239 Thornapple River Drive.

The Ice Cream Shops

Scooper's Ice Cream Shoppe has graced the town of Ada for over 10 years and is a staple within the community. They have over 40 unique and fun flavors to enjoy, including Birthday Cake, Eskimo Kisses, Seaside Caramel, and Tennessee Toffee! Ada residents who prefer frozen yogurt often frequent Spoonlickers, where flavors like Baklava, Bavarian Cream, and Choco Turtle are popular. In the summer months, these are can't-miss hot spots!

Whatever your reason for choosing to visit or live in Ada, MI, you'll fall in love with the quaint surroundings, beautiful natural views and the fun and friendly residents that make up our amazing community!
