What started off as a small one day festival in 1979 has now grown to be the longest culinary festival in the nation!

Each Memorial Day weekend, everything from local eateries to food trucks come out to feed Cincinnati residents for a three day food frenzy. There are over 50 restaurants and food trucks that participate, serving up everything from Belgian waffles to jerk chicken.

From May 25th to 27th, six blocks of downtown's East Fifth Street shuts down to make room for Taste of Cincinnati. Our brand new luxury community Residences at Ag47 is just 15 minutes away, while Alexandra Senior Living is just a 5 minute bus ride from the action.

This exciting event is free to attend, with food and drink for sale. There's also live entertainment performed by local acts on five different stages along Fifth Street. Explore the options from the Findlay Market food vendors, who will be setting up on the Fifth Street ramp to I-71, while taking in the sights and sounds.

On the final day of this amazing culinary fair you can burn off all of those extra calories and race in the Eat & Run 5K. The marathon starts at 10am on Sunday, May 26th, with the start and finish line being at Sentinel and Culvert Streets respectively. The route runs along the scenic Ohio River Trail. This is the first year that the run will be taking place, although it's the culinary event's 41st year.

The whole family can come and enjoy some of the best food that Cincinnati has to offer at Taste of Cincinnati. There really is no reason to miss it!
